Anyway I wanted to try and create the main character of my old star wars story and the commander of the 51st Experimental Autonomous Battalion. From what I remember he was supposed to be part of the first batch of regular clone troopers produced after the Null and Alpha Class but early in his development but something  went wrong in creation which resulted in him having the mindset of an Alpha-Class which would make him far more independent and creative any clones besides the TRUE ARC Troopers. Because something went wrong in his development when he was created, he also became a force sensitive. When the
Kaminoans discovered this, they were prompted to destroy it but the Prime Minister Lama Su saw something with great potential and decided to continue his development. Being a unique trooper of sorts, It was decided he would be trained as a Advanced Recon Commando and as a Clone Commander as the Prime Minister had planned to put him in charge of an experimental  battalion to see if they could produce superior clone troopers in the future. As a Troopers in training, For the first half of his training, Nilus trained under the Cuy'val Dar , specifically under Isabet Reau first and grew a close son and motherly relationship after she saw him as her prodigy and would keep in contact with her even after the Republic. He continued  his training under the famed Walon Vau who trained extremely harshly on how to be a warrior as well as leader. Though he learnt much from him, the two never got along, especially after he mocked a clone for being slow and weak. Nilus and Walon Vau got into a spar and though Walon Vau nearly killed Nilus, Nilus succeeded in breaking his Jaw. After that mess, Nilus laid in a bacta tank for weeks until he recovered where he finished his ARC training soon after with Isabet Reau. After his training under the Cuy'val Dar,  He received his training as a Clone Commander and would continue his training with other clones. Although considered a "one man army" during his many live combat practices where he was known to complete objectives on his own, he didn't fare well at leading and coordinating attacks until much later where he was put into a platoon of "defective" clones with it's sergeants being CT-0117 and CT-0420. In the beginning of his training with the platoon, he didn't do much better until CT-0117 proved he wasn't superior on the field as CT-0117 was considered "Hyper Lethal" with his high creativity, independence and skill. After many fights and arguments, Nilus was finally able to lead with CT-0117 and CT-0420 backing him up as well as Isabet motivating him further to be the best commander he could.

When The Clone Wars began, Nilus was put in command of the 51st Experimental Autonomous Assault Battalion under  Jedi Weapon Master Mira Elenta Femme and quickly boarded the highly modified Venantor-Class "Sword of Coruscant" where they rushed to Geonosis to join the battle. Once on Geonosis, the battalion was ordered to go behind enemy lines through underground caverns to board and destroy three droid factories before falling back to aid the front lines. With Master Femme leading the charge and Nilus commanding, they snuck quietly into the underground caverns which later turned into catacombs filled with a horde of undead  Geonosian drones. After a long hard battle and losing CT-0420 and his clone squad to the undead drones, they finally managed to exit the catacombs where the were able to sneak into the rear lines of the  Separatist forces and rip there line apart using there own equipment agianst them but that was only a distraction as the other half of the 51st went into three droid factories and after a hard fought battles with a portions of his brothers dead, they finally managed to keep there objective before continuing there assault completely on the Separatist rear lines. The Separatist Lines eventually crumbled after being push into itself from two sides. After the battle,  Nilus only thought of CT-0420's death and if he could of led better he would still be alive. For the rest of his life, CT-0420's death would haunt Nilus as he didn't simply die by a blaster, oh noo he was ripped apart alive and devoured, having a slow painful death. Following the  battle of Geonosis, the  51st Experimental Autonomous Assault Battalion began it's tasks of going deep behind enemy lines and eliminating key targets, installations and facilities and performed well with almost no contact from the Republic During the Clone Wars, as dark side users began to appear commonly on the battlefields with lightsabers and being too far away from friendly space,Master Femme began teaching her entire battalion of lightsaber combat and how to counter in hoping to keep causalities down and producing more effective troopers  in the field. Those that proved skilled enough were put into the first company where when they were given the chance when entering friendly space and could get supplies, Master Femme had the one hundred clones she picked to craft there own lightsabers. Nilus along with many other troopers quickly adjusted to these exotic weapons and eventually became proficient in battle with these. As Nilus continued his training over the Clone Wars with a lightsaber, he became skilled in Ataru and Juyo before Master Femme discovering him to be force sensitive. Being a force sensitive, Master Femme took him as one  her own and taught him many abilities but he became an expert  of force argumentation and force barrier. By the end of the Clone Wars, Nilus had became a hyper lethal soldier himself just as CT-0117 and became a Force Commander, leading many missions himself on the ground itself until Order 66 was ordered just as the The Retribution Fleet had entered Separatist space after restocking there supplies for another long tier deployment. 

After Order 66 was ordered, Nilus rejected order 66 feeling that it had a sinister pupose and had the Retribution Fleet flee into unknown space. Almost the entirely of the 51st were extremely loyal to Nilus and the Jedi General they served and believed sincerely that the Jedi were not the villains and viewed Palpatine just using this mess to grab power. For those that tried to carry out Order 66, Nilus exiled them or executed them himself before the fleet fled into exile in the unknown regions of space. After fleeing into Exile, The warships of the Retribution fleet became city ships of sorts to comfortably support large there troops and Jedi and any civilians they had rescued on the way. From there Nilus and his brothers began to immerse themselves completely in the Mandalorian culture to further improve themselves to protect the fleet and those they cared about but they still considered themselves loyal to the Republic they had fought over for so long and would fight again for it when the chance would arise. As Nilus became the Military Commander of all Retribution military might, Master Enta Femme discarded her association with the Jedi Order and with the dozen of Jedi that had survived had formed the Antares Order After Nilus and Master Femme had conducted a raiding mission on an imperial outpost where they found an ancient sith holocron that was to be shipped directly to the Emperor. When they returned to the fleet, Master Femme discovered this holocron to be of Vulken Valaso, an ancient powerful Jedi Weapon Master turned into a Sith Lord then Emperor of the Valaso Empire. He had became the most powerful force user of his time as he mastered both the light and dark sides of the force after being part of the Jedi and Sith however he saw both as horribly flawed as the force could not survive without either. Before he became a force ghost after being killed by his son created out of the Force, this sith lord put in place a system in place so that such a thing could not happen however he never said what this system was. Master Femme studied this holocron intensely before forming her own order based on these ideals.A great many years went by before anything happened and in that time, many of the troopers married other survivors, citizens or former jedi including Nilus himself. Nilus and Femme grew incredibly close during the clone wars and even had a child after one night after a party after a victory. After there child was born however, they kept there relationship professional as both took there duties very seriously and didn't have time for romance. It wasn't until after the Clone Wars did the two have a relationship and become a family however all good things come at a end eventually. 

Through unknown means, The Emperor felt those force sensitive of the fleet and sent Anakin Skywalker now turned into Darth Vader to locate and destroy the possible threat. Darth Vader brought with him an entire fleet and traveled to the planet the fleet was at and battled the clones of the 51st. Hiding her force presence through the force,  Femme led a company of 51st Veterans and boarded the Imperial Star Destroyers, destroying them from within while Nilus took command of the ground forces of the planet. After a lengthy battle and thanks in largely to the 51st almost comprised of elite hardened Clone troopers and there skills, they were able to drive the Imperial Storm Troopers and there armor back after countless hit and run tactics but the last
attempt failed as Darth Vader took to the ground himself and battled his way to Nilus before he could fall back himself.  After an intense and long lightsaber battle and failure to persuade General Skywalker back to the republic, a republican laati gunship quickly arrived and attempted to escape only for it to be damaged by Lightsaber force throw, destroying the engines which had the gunship crash into the nearby mountains. It is not known if Nilus survived or was killed but after the battle with the Retribution fleet retreating into further into unknown space after crippling  the Imperial Fleet, The entire fleet held a funeral for him where an entire was held for the grieving of there most trusted brother who had led them through every battle they fought in for years and was considered a bloody icon, a hero and eventual saint by Retribution City citizens. His death had the most effect on all the original clone troopers of the 51st who had survived the Clone Wars, even CT-0117 who never showed emotion but Femme and there daughter would mourn his death for many years to come. Over the many years afterwards within the fleet, he became venerated as an actual saint within the fleet in an effort to never forget his memory and the things he did to keep the fleet safe.  Even after nearly a century when the  the Galactic Federation Triumvirate was formed, the 51st Experiemental Autonomous Assault Battalion and CC-0193 was honored as well as the old Mira Elenta Femme who had been using the force to keep herself alive for so many years. For the first time since the end of the Clone Wars, the troops felt as if the 51st were offered to be retired but they declined,especially some of the orginal clones who were kept in stasis.
